Having grown up in Darwin and worked in many third world countries as an Optometrist, Tsu Shan has always been passionate about bringing awareness to issues that matter, later aligning her head and her heart as an actor/producer and making a difference through telling provoking stories.  She received Young Territorian of the Year and was semi-Finalist for Young Australian of Year in Community Service.  In 2013, she was awarded Sunshine Coast’s Outstanding Business Woman of the Year. 

Currently completing post-graduate studies in Producing at AFTRS, Tsu Shan’s online action drama “The Wild Orchards” won 2 out of 7 nominations at 2018 LA Webfest.  Her first film, “Tragic Enough” shone the light on domestic violence and won 2 awards at the World Film Awards.  Tsu Shan’s paranormal short film thriller "The Legacy" has just been picked up Amazon Prime’s ‘PJs and Pixels’ Channel and has so far also been accepted into the Audience Awards 2018 Horror Shorts Film Festival.  She is the producer of Gender Matters recipient, Ally Burnham’s, disability and transgender themed feature “Unsound” that has Screen Australia development support.  Tsu Shan is also developing other feature, TV and online projects through her production company, Wise Goat Productions.

As a writer/producer most of the time Tom ‘makes things up and puts them on paper’. He is excited about what the future holds for storytelling. Whether it’s on Film, TV, Web, VR, AR and everything in between.

In late 2016 Tom worked with Jumpgate VR on a 7-Part Narrative Virtual Reality series for the Adelaide Strikers, ‘The Next Striker’. The first of its kind in Australia.

He wrote and produced ‘Lucy and D.i.C’ which played opening night at the 2017 Adelaide Film Festival and has ticked over 1.5 million views online. Featuring famous Youtube comedian 'Ozzy Man Reviews' as a foul mouthed robot.  The film later went on to win Best Comedy at the 2018 SASAs.

In December 2017 he shot ‘The Way’, a short film/proof of concept that has been funded through the SAFC.

Last year Tom Co-Founded 'We Made A Thing Studios', as a brand to develop projects that are high concept, low budget and have global/multi-platform appeal. With Lucy and DiC and The Way, two projects that are a part of this slate.

Taylor Litton-Strain is a Sydney based producer, passionate about making distinctive films with compelling characters. She is particularly drawn to genre projects including thrillers, crime, dark fantasies and dystopian story-worlds, and stories centred by women and LGBT protagonists.

Known for translating low to modest-sized budgets into high quality screen productions, Taylor’s films have won over 30 international awards, including the prestigious Iris Prize for ‘All God’s Creatures’ in 2014. Her films have screened, on ABC iview, at the Sydney Museum of Contemporary Art, the Australian Museum, in both Qantas and Virgin inflight entertainment programs, and at over 80 film festivals around the globe.

Taylor’s career has spanned financing, development, production and distribution including as a Development Executive for Essential Media & Entertainment, and in the distribution arm at SBS. She brings this experience, as well as her instincts for compelling, commercial stories, to her company Last Frame Productions.

Through Last Frame, Taylor is developing digital series, feature films and television projects. Her latest project Jade of Death, a 6-part thriller, created by Erin Good, has already created enormous buzz as a festival favourite before it’s official launch. Developed at the Berlinale Talents Project Lab, the project is supported by both Screen Australia and Queer Screen, and is being distributed by international sales agent Rockzeline. A second season of Jade of Death is currently in development with the ABC. 

Ryan Verbruggen is a Producer, Writer and Director with 18 years’ experience in Film, Television and Commercial Production.

He began his screen career as a trained actor before taking up professional study and then work in screenwriting and Film and Television production.  He started his own production company Doubletake Films, then applied this knowledge to talent management opening his own agency which now operates internationally. Ryan has also worked independently as a casting director for numerous feature film and commercial projects. 

Ryan's hands on production experience is coupled with a strong background in performing arts and screenwriting, and has given him an in-depth understanding of the creative process and production workflow and empowers his work as a creative producer of content.

Ryan currently owns and operates several companies including AE ARTIST MGMT, QUE MODELS, SASS MGMT GROUP, RICHARD RHOMBUS PROD.

Ryan has worked in production for WARNER BROS, DREAMWORKS, CLEMENGER, CARBON STUDIOS and lectured and run workshops at BOND UNIVERSITY, QUT, and GOLD COAST FILM FESTIVAL. 

His varied work in both traditional and new media has enabled him to develop a varied skill-base applicable to theatrical, online and commercial productions. Ryan is currently developing an exciting slate of projects in the Comedy, Drama and Factual space. His goal is to realise these projects internationally and aims to assist in furthering the release of quality Australian content to a global marketplace.

Rachael Wegener, is an Actress / Producer / Director who has been based in Australia and Canada. In 2017 she was named a South Australian Film Corporation, “Screen Siren Producer” initiative recipient to receive development support on a drama project with Director Michael Rymer attached and nominated as an Actress for the “ Walk of Fame” at the Adelaide Festival Centre for playing the leads and producing both plays ; Harold Pinter’s “Old Times” and William Mastrosimone’s “Extremities”-both to rave reviews and both directed by Tony Knight, Past Head of the National Institute of Dramatic Arts Acting Program .

Producer/Actress of Hollywood Actor Matthew Lillard’s Canadian Award-winning film directing debut “Come Home Soon, of which she won the Emotional Impact Award. Head of Sponsorship and Marketing on Canadian Rogers Network TV Movie “Kits”.  Producer/Actress of Aussie feature “John Faust”. Consulting producer onLeo Award Nominated Canadian series “For Your Security”. Producer and resident Actress for four years at Slixer Entertainment Canada.

Rachael gained insight and experience into USA programming and Networks working at the SHAW Network Canada working with USA and Canadian content deals and as a producer with a traineeship and development deal at the Network for the local Vancouver Shaw Network Channel.

She is an Australian Broadcasting Corporation Training Cadetship recipient under a Youth Correspondent intuitive for the TV show Recovery to learn Producing, Directing and hosting. Recipient of a South Australia Youth Arts Board Grant to produce and direct a Music Video for the Hilltop Hoods. Produced and directed multiple shorts, corporates and documentary one being “Contents Under Pressure” featuring Hip Hop Legands RUN DMC - selected for the SA Screen Awards and Bushfire Defence Systems as featured on the Seven Network . 

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Hons), Bachelor of Commerce /Laws and an Advanced Diploma in Acting for Film and Television. She has studied at Flinders University of South Australia, National Institute of Dramatic Arts and Vancouver Film School.

Olivia is the producer and co-owner of the Newcastle-based production company, Good Eye Deer. Since joining in 2012, the company has won numerous national and international awards for the production of TV commercials, brand-films and educational videos.

In 2017, Olivia wrote and produced the short film “One.” for the SEED Regional Shorts program via Create NSW and the ABC. (Currently airing on iView). That year, she also developed a half-hour comedy project with the Skit-Box team via a Screen NSW early development grant.

Olivia’s career began in 2006 as a runner at a post-production house in London. Here, she produced several independent short films before moving to Melbourne to complete a BA in screenwriting and media production. In 2011, she graduated with honours in documentary production. Her breakthrough 2010 piece Hooked screened at multiple festivals, including the St Kilda Film Festival where she was Finalist for Best Short Documentary. 

Olivia’s goal is to produce high-concept entertainment content. She is currently working with Good Eye Deer’s creative partner, Gavin Banks to develop the company’s slate and build a collaborative, creative team. Good Eye Deer’s development slate currently includes factual and scripted projects.

Nicolette is a Melbourne based comedian, writer and producer best known for her work on sketch comedy series KINNE (Seven Network), The Wizards of Aus (SBS) and Sammy J’s Democratic Party (ABC).

Successful Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Adelaide Fringe seasons with sketch comedy duo Girls Uninterrupted led to Nicolette creating content for ABC2 (A Xmas Quickie w Girls Uninterrupted). Since then she has written and produced a number of award winning shorts including the romantic comedy Palindromes which has screened at Academy Award accredited festivals including Flickerfest, Palm Springs, Cinequest and St Kilda FF. It has been sold to ABC iView, Virgin Australia and the RTI Network in Italy. 

She was one of 10 writers selected for the Open Channel/Screen Australia ScriptStart program through which she developed her feature film “Occasional Hit to the Head”. She is also the co-creator and writer of the children’s television series Super True, which has been developed through the ABC and ACTF.

Nicolette produced actress Virginia Gay’s directorial debut Paper Cut which was selected as a finalist for Tropfest 26, and nominated for Best Cinematography, Editing, Sound Design and Production Design. Recently, she co-founded “The Punch Up” a collective of freelance comedy writers working across the media, advertising and corporate sectors. 

A dual-graduate of AFTRS in Directing and Screenwriting, Mat wrote and directed the short film, 'The Misfortune of Others', that premiered at the 2013 Melbourne International Film Festival (where he was invited to attend the Talent Accelerator program).

His confronting music video for David Bridie, won a Platinum Reel at the 2015 Nevada International Film Festival, while his short documentary on transgender youth, 'In My Shoes' (co-directed with Monique Schafter), screened on ABC1 and over thirty festivals worldwide. Multi-skilled, Mat was second-unit cinematographer for Working Dog’s 'Utopia' Series 3.
Recently, his short documentary 'Transitioning at Work' (co-directed with Monique Schafter) was acquired by ABC iView and premiered in competition at My Queer Career 2018.

With director Adam White, Mat formed production company Future Pictures. Together, they directed the satirical online hit 'A Message From Malcolm' which has over 2 million views since launching in October 2017.

Mat’s feature screenplay 'Unbending' (co-written with Allen Palmer) was recently acquired by producer Kate Separovich with Iris Prize winner Brendon McDonall attached to direct.

A member of the LGBTIQ+ community, Mat strives to positively represent the underrepresented and carve out unique approaches to bring projects to market.

Lester Francois is a filmmaker working across many formats including VR. In 2017 he released the short VR documentary RONE which screened at the Melbourne International Film Festival. The interactive version of RONE premiered at SXSW 2018 and also screened at Cannes. RONE is the first episode in the VR arts doc series KINETIC.

Since making RONE Lester has made three more VR street art documentaries and was flown to South Africa to direct a series of short VR arts docs for an exhibition in Soho, London. 

In addition to working in VR Lester produced and directed the 2015  feature documentary GameLoading: Rise of the Indies and is currently developing a slate of TV projects across scripted comedy and factual.

Laura Clelland is a Producer and Director, passionate about creating entertaining and engaging content.

Laura has been freelancing in production in Queensland for nearly two decades.  Her experience began at Network 10 and has since included work on national television commercials, online series, Australian television series, American features and television series.  Her passion for crew and production is evident in her ownership of Queensland's crew booking agency, Essential Crew, and guest lecturing (freelancing and the industry) at Griffith Film School and Bond University. This focus on helping emerging filmmakers is demonstrated by speaking engagements including Future Filmmakers, moderating and speaking on panels about freelancing, and moderating filmmaker Q & A’s at the Gold Coast Film Festival.  Her role on the Bond University Film Advisory Board has cemented her commitment to the industry and Laura has also taken an active role in assisting AACTA in presenting events in Queensland.  Currently in pre-production on the Screen Australia funded project, ‘Life of Jess’, Laura will be filming the series she helped create in July 2018. From there, Laura is looking forward to focussing on her feature film project 'Edge of Time' and developing her slate of projects.

Kate Fox is a producer, writer and director across television and multimedia platforms.

Growing up in a television industry family and on various television sets around Australia, it was a no-brainer for Kate to enter the world of television.

Kate spent her formative years as a production assistant, researcher and writer for the Seven Network’s Sydney Weekender program, and from there, transitioned into news researching and producing, which eventually lead to the publishing industry as a writer, sub-editor and editor for over a decade, working on some of Australia’s leading titles for Pacific Magazines in Sydney.

Throughout her career, Kate has worked on short films, television programs, music videos, online content, corporate productions and commercials, and it is her plan to continue this profession into producing television programs and media content for Australia and overseas.

In 2014, Kate relocated back to her home town of Hobart where she produces television commercials and corporate content for Winning Post Productions, a leading production company in Tasmania, and continues to develop concepts and pilots for new program content.

In this aspect, Kate is currently working on an exciting comedy series to be filmed and produced in Tasmania (having already produced a pilot draft) with her production partner Marni Little.

Up until recently, Tasmania was lacking in terms of viable employment options for young creatives to enter the film and television industry without having to relocate interstate to get their start. It is her desire to create content utilising the vast talent, both on and off screen, residing in Tasmania resulting in less outsourcing and more media employment opportunities.

Jessica is the director of Carrera Press Agency and one fifth of The Dollhouse Pictures. Her passion and experience in film, television and the arts began as in-house publicist at leading theatrical agency Shanahan Management. Jessica has collaborated with a number of established actors, creatives, musicians and personalities on a diverse array of projects locally and internationally. She was a finalist in 2015 for the Women in Media Awards ( Public Relations) . Jessica was the Publicist and Associate Producer on the feature documentary The Last Impresario ( 2013 BFI London Film Festival) which sparked her initial interest in producing. In 2015 she began to actively pursue this through the launch of Dollhouse Pictures and the support of Screen Australia Enterprise People to work alongside Robyn Kershaw. Jessica produced the short film Eaglehawk which was selected for the Dendy Awards at the 2016 Sydney Film Festival and the Melbourne International Film Festival 2016 and has screened at numerous international festivals. She recently produced the Lexus Fellowship film 'My Boy Oleg' with Sundance 2018 International Short film winner Goran Stolevski . Jessica is producing a number of Dollhouse projects currently in development: Girls In Hotels ( Gracie Otto, Lee Tulloch) Seriously Red (Krew Boylan, Kate Woods, Robyn Kershaw) The Trouble With Harry ( Shannon Murphy, Lachlan Philpott).

Grace is a Sydney-based Creative Producer and VFX & Animation Production Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Communications (Media Arts and Production) and Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. Before commencing postgraduate studies, Grace worked as a freelance producer on a myriad short form projects, and at Nine Network and Shine Australia. She is currently working as a VFX & Animation Production Coordinator in the feature film space, including most recently on Sony Pictures’ PETER RABBIT. Alongside her full-time work, Grace continues to develop and produce personal film projects. Her most recent producer film ON HOLD won Best Australian Short Film at Flickerfest International Short Film Festival 2018 and is a Finalist at the Dendy Awards for Australian Short Films at Sydney Film Festival 2018. Grace has a passion for storytelling through film, narrative television and online content, and has a particular love of comedy and genre heavy projects that are first and foremost engaging and entertaining.

Dominic spent his early years working on TV commercials and Music Videos in London as a First AD, while also working as a photographer and acting tutor. He has worked in the UK, Australia and South Korea. 

Since moving back to Australia, Dominic jumped on the small independent film, “Come and Get Me” by first time director Chris Sun. Earning a credit as a producer, it was also the beginning of a his experience with Slaughter FX that saw him develop, script doctor, and deliver two more features with Chris; the award winning Daddy’s Little Girl and Charlie’s Farm.

Toward the end of 2014, Dominic was offered his first Directorial job on the feature film Thicker than Water which was released in 2018. 

Soon after, Dominic co-founded BMC Productions with Darwin Brooks and Blair Moore, and has worked to grow the company and it's slate of content in development. BMC's first feature, Dishonest Bunch, is coproduced with Arclight Films and begins production in 2018.

Dominic is also undertaking Doctor of Creative Industries research program at QUT where he is investigating the craft of the Director in Virtual Reality. 

As Founder of FOUND AT SEA films, Dan's expertise is focused on developing and delivering high quality content to both a broad and focused set of audiences. Off the back of the success in adland, FOUND AT SEA films has expanded focus into TV development, with a diverse slate of series across drama, natural history and factual.

Prior to this, Dan was Co-Founder and Director of the F.A.D. Group, where he was Co-EP on two series for the Australia Network/ABC International, ‘Food Bowl’ and ‘Fashion ASIA’, which aired across 48 territories.

Having developed media and management skills at Southern Star Endemol across a range of broadcast programs, Dan has brought practical knowledge and expertise to the world of advertising and now back to his roots and real passion, TV development and production.

Early in his career, Dan co-founded and developed a recreational fishing media brand '2Dan’s Fishing' which enjoyed success in Australia, USA, Canada, Spain & NZ, with a series of independently released fishing films and a 8 x 30 series. 

Carl Firth is a producer, writer and director from Sydney, Australia. His short film The Witching Hour premiered at Flickerfest 2015 where it was awarded the Special Jury Prize. It has since played at over a dozen film festivals around the world, including Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival, Telluride Horror Show, St Kilda Film Festival and Fantasia International Film Festival.

Carl has worked both on set and in post-production on feature films such as Australia, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, The Great Gatsby, The Wolverine, Mad Max: Fury Road, Gods of Egypt, Alien: Covenant and Guardians of the Tomb; and has undertaken a directing attachment on the television series House Husbands with AACTA Award winning director Geoff Bennett.

He is currently in post-production on The Immortal, a science fiction fantasy short film featuring Academy Award nominee James Cromwell, which has been supported by the AFTRS Creative Fellowship and Creative Partnerships Australia's MATCH Lab initiative. 

Brooke Silcox recently won the Screenwest Emerging Producer Initiative of $100,000 to go towards professional and production development. Previously, Brooke worked in the art and costume departments of the film industry for five years then became a Banking & Finance lawyer for international law firm Allens / Linklaters. She founded the production company No Thing Productions in 2016 and has worked across documentary and narrative. Projects include: 

Rockabul a feature documentary, World Premiere at Rotterdam International Film Festival (2018), nominated for the Documentary Australia Foundation Award, Sydney Film Festival (2018) for Best Australian Documentary; 

Judas Collar a short film directed by Alison James nominated for the DENDY Awards for Best Live Action Short, Sydney Film Festival (World Premiere, 2018); 

Meal Tickets a ten year in the making observational documentary, World Premiere at Melbourne International Film Festival (2016), won Best Australian Documentary, 2017 at the Melbourne Documentary Film Festival; 

Home the Art of Ian Strange a 6 x 5 minute Arts Bites series for ABC iView with support from Screen Australia and Screenwest; 

The Bad Guy: Abdul Abdullah a short documentary on the political artist for the ArtsXWest initiative between Screenwest and AB for iView;  

Brooke also recently conducted an internship with John Maynard and Bridget Ikin at Felix Media where she received an associate producer credit on Benjamin Gilmour's feature film Jirga (2018, World Premiere Sydney Film Festival, In Competition). 

She comes from a Fine Art background studying as part of a Special Art Program for students gifted and talented in the arts (Kalamunda Senior High School) and has three degrees: Fine Arts, Communication & Cultural Studies - Curtin University (Western Australia) and Oxford Brookes University (UK) and Juris Doctor - Law from the University of Melbourne. 

Bridget recently worked at Screen Territory form early 2015 to March 2018, where between 2016 - 2017 she ran the Northern Territory film agency for a year.

Bridget is moving into the producing side of the screen industry and is expanding her capabilities in that area. She has built up her knowledge and skills by working as an attachment on several projects.

She has worked as a Production Management and Post-Production Supervisor with Brindle Films, over their slate of projects. This includes running writer's workshops for two upcoming drama series.

Bridget has over 20 years as a dynamic manager with extensive procurement, operations and project management experience within the public and private sector.

She is also known for significant strategic and governance work and is a confident strategist capable of developing innovative plans and activities designed to facilitate competitive growth. Bridget is currently working with all states to form a national board, Women in Film and Television Australia, which is hoped to be launched early 2018.

Bridget enjoys being part of, as well as managing, motivating, training and developing, a successful and productive team, and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environments.

Andre Lima is a creative director/producer with a passion for stories and projects that explore the human experience.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Advertising from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, a Graduate Diploma with honors in Film, Video and Photography from the Fine Arts University of Sao Paulo, and a degree in Acting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo.

His credits include the short film TRUE LOVE (2003) that premiered at the 14^th Sao Paulo International Short Film Festival, the feature documentary FROM WHERE I STAND (2015) produced for the exhibition Brazil Past and Future, and the short film MRS MCCUTCHEON (2017), which has travelled to over 80 festivals winning 25 awards, including Best Australian Short Film at 66^th Melbourne International Film Festival, Short Film Production of the Year at 17^th SPA Awards, and a nomination for Best Short Film at the 7^th AACTA Awards.

Andre is currently in development on a feature film with writer/director Mia’kate Russell, and on a children’s drama series based on Mrs McCutcheon with writer Elizabeth Packett and director John Sheedy. The serieswas one of five projects invited to present at the 2018 MIPTV in their Kids Live Action Pitch section of the conference in Cannes.

Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Andre currently lives and works in Melbourne.
